How it works


DCC allows currency conversion at the point of transaction for foreign customers and business travelers using Visa or Mastercard.

At a DCC-enabled POS terminal, the option to pay in the customer's currency or the local currency automatically appears.

Upon selecting DCC, the exact amount in the customer’s home currency will be displayed on the POS terminal.

The final transaction amount will appear on both the receipt and the customer’s bank statement.


The exchange rate is updated several times a day.
