We safeguard confidentiality and non-disclosure so that our employees, partners, and customers can report incidents of misconduct or conflicts of interest that they may identify. A report may be submitted by anyone, being a Company staff or not, when they came across incidents that give rise to suspicions of irregular, illegal or unethical conduct. Indicatively, but not limited to, such incidents include:
- Fraud
- Theft
- Conflict of Interest
- Market Abuse
- Misappropriation of Corporate Assets
- Falsification of Documents
- Corruption / Bribery
- Money laundering
- Violation of legislation and internal procedures
- Non-compliance with the Code of Conduct
- Moral/Psychological/Physical Harassment
- Actions that harm the company materially and/or reputationally
The Company has suitable whistleblowing reporting channels which ensure the confidentiality and non-disclosure of such reports. The Company aims to respond promptly, with transparency and in confidentiality to all reports that come to its knowledge. The whistleblower will enjoy protection from any reprisals resulting from the expression, in good faith, voicing concerns for breach of the ethics, unlawful conduct, discrimination or other malfunctions or irregularities he/she has reported.

If you find that you need clarifications regarding the process of submitting your report or the course of its investigation and in case you have submitted your report anonymously, please provide an anonymous contact information (e.g. phone number, email), to contact you, always respecting your desire to remain anonymous.
The reports responsibly submitted, in good faith and with professional ethics shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s procedures. However, malicious reports constitute unethical conduct and shall not enjoy protection and confidentiality.
In the event that, after receiving the Company’s response to your report, you consider that it was not addressed effectively, you can submit your report directly to the National Transparency Authority.
